As well as the full range of safety equipment, Traffic Systems' general equipment and resources are all carefully chosen, designed and maintained for maximum effectiveness. For lamp changing and loop cutting, Traffic Systems has a team of labourers with its own custom-built traffic management truck set aside to work on this alone, making it a super-quick and efficient process. Traffic Systems has its own spare parts store which stocks a full range of equipment and spare parts for installations, maintenance and repair, so there's no need to wait for parts to turn up. Innovative ideas by team members have led to a number of resources being specially designed and produced by Traffic Systems. These include: a UMB designed by Paul Ransley, recognised for its superior installation ability, cable capacity and durability; plastic cable chambers with duct inserts that enable quick cleaning and more efficient installation; our own range of traffic signals poles including JUMAs and JUSPs, which have reduced the cost of intersection installation for councils.
